I'm Home is a product of Together Ledger Digital LLC, registered in Macon, Georgia. Contact: legal@together-ledger.com. "The app" means I'm Home's mobile apps, web app, and the services behind them. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
I'm Home lets you tell people you've chosen — your "circle" — that you've arrived somewhere safely, with one tap. That's the whole product.
I'm Home is not an emergency service. It is not monitored, there is no guaranteed delivery time, and a check-in reaching someone is never certain — notifications can be delayed, blocked by a phone's settings, or simply never confirmed. If you or someone else needs urgent help, call your local emergency number. Do not rely on this app for anything time-critical or life-safety related.
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the app, wherever you live.
You need an account to use the app (Google, Apple, or email and password). You're responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account. One account is meant for one real person — don't create accounts to impersonate someone else or to pose as a person who doesn't exist.
The names ("aliases") you give the people you invite, and anything else you type in, should be accurate and shouldn't be used to harass, impersonate, or mislead anyone. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — the app doesn't verify a recipient's real identity beyond them accepting your invite.

We can suspend or terminate an account that does any of this.
You can delete your account at any time — Settings → Delete my account, in the app or on the web deletion page. This is immediate and can't be undone. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.
The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that a check-in will always reach its recipient — see the delivery-status states in the app itself, which exist specifically because delivery can't be guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, Together Ledger Digital LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anyone's reliance on a check-in that didn't arrive, arrived late, or was never confirmed.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
